There are those who see the glass as half-full and those that see it as half-empty.

I am often told that I belong to the latter group.

Whilst I understand my perspective is often derided by many, here is an argument for those that share my views.

To see a glass half-empty, may not be optimistic to some, but in fact it is very opportunistic.

A half-full view on life or situations in life may foster complacency and mediocrity. Why do we need to do any more? The glass is half-full.

NBL FINAL FOUR SET BUT MINOR PREMIERSHIP STILL UP FOR GRABS

As befits the closest competition in the National Basketball League’s 31-year history, the 2009/10 NBL campaign will come down to the final game today to determine the order of every team in the top four.

The Perth Wildcats will host the Townsville Crocodiles at Challenge Stadium in Western Australia today at 4:00pm (local time) with the winner taking out the minor premiership and the number one seed throughout the 2010 NBL Finals series.
