One of the oldest rivalries in the NBL continues as the Wildcats face the Hawks for the 74th time in NBL history. Perth have had the better of the rivalry over the years, winning 46 games to the Hawks’ 27. Perth have also won the past five straight against Wollongong at Challenge Stadium, with the last Hawks’ win at ‘The Jungle’ being on 5 November 2005.

Early days yet in the new NBL season, but one pattern emerging is the home court advantage.

New Zealand started with an emphatic 20 point win over Cairns but have not had a road win yet.

The Wildcats have had one win from three away games, sharing the away win record with the Townsville Crocs.

Cats and Breakers now sit on the bottom with a 1-2 record heading home.
