Rather than have going away parties for staff, its more important to have welcoming parties. Spending time and money on someone when they leave does not benefit the organisation. It may be counterproductive.
Educating Staff
It’s important to spend time and money educating and training your staff.
People often say what happens if we train them and they leave. The corollary is scarier. What happens if you don’t train them and they stay?
