Mastering Email with lessons from the court

Email has become one of the most critical communication tools for most knowledge workers today and hence needs to be managed well.

After researching and trialling various books and techniques and even some third-party software, I’ve finally found a system that works.

It’s a simple process based on the sporting analogy of – Shoot or Pass the Ball.

I use Microsoft Outlook for my email and find it does the job reasonably well.

Due to the large amounts of email that I receive I actually have created a few .PST files to store my Deleted and Sent Items, but for the most part the existing folders work just fine.
